
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of T&T (ICATT) and The Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA) are collaborating to present a workshop on Employee Performance Management. The workshop will be delivered by Brett Knowles of Toronto, Canada who is a long-time thought leader in the performance measurement space and who has worked for some 20 years with Drs Kaplan and Norton as vice president at the Balanced Scorecard Collaborative. He is a co-founder of the Balanced Scorecard software application.
Titled Performance Management and Employee Engagement, the workshop will be held on Wednesday, October 28, from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm at The Normandie, St Ann’s, with registration via ICATT.
