IRemember brings something new to the table with full concert performances. No shortcuts.

I’d expect nothing less with a main act who not only graced the stages of the Glastonbury Festival in England, but the Jimmy Fallon Tonight Show as well.

Chronixx and the Zinc Fence Redemption band are one of the few artistes selected to grace the stages of IRemember.

With a line up of artistes executing their social responsibility through music such as Kabaka Pyramid and the Bebble Rockers band, Marlon Asher and the Mystic Elements band (who hasn’t performed in T&T in over three years), Dre Island, Buzzrock, Yaad Core, every artiste on the bill took initiative independently to not only move forward, but move others with them through music.

The collective group of entrepreneurs behind this first of it’s kind revolutionary concert consists of professionals from various sectors moving in unity.

They noted: “If you look around, the youth are very off balance and the minds of people are deteriorating. We strongly believe the media has a part to play in that, they choose what is played on the radio. For us, it’s refreshing to see young artistes presenting music in a positive light; teaching people about being independent, empowering and educating themselves, eating healthy… It’s good to see young people now have a choice.”

With tickets also on the move, IRemember proves to be an event to remember spanning from the premiere stage of O2 Park, Trinidad on August 29, to the Dwight Yorke Stadium Carpark, Tobago on August 30. Providing a breath of fresh air amidst the political heat of elections, the event promises an escapist experience for the public.

A unique and environmental additive to the event is The Village, a section designed using natural elements like bamboo, created to house the sale of artiste merchandise—inclusive of vinyl records. The Village also promotes business for T&T vendors and craftsmen as the event seeks to make cultural craftsmanship, coconut water and other elements that promote a positive, pure and conscious lifestyle available to the public, complete with a photography area to savour it.

Ticket giveaways are available on multiple platforms such as urban radio station Slam 100.5 FM radio as well as Instagram and Facebook @IRememberTT, but you must stay tuned to qualify.
